How Our Products Work

MacroBoost products are a carefully created and appropriately balanced combination of microbes, macro and micro-nutrients and biostimulants, predigested and chelated through fermentation. Due to their unique molecular structure and chelating properties incorporated, they readily enter plant tissues such as roots or leaves, resulting in maximum uptake by plants.

The symbiotic relationships between the groups of microorganisms in these formulations can also activate processes in the soil such as photosynthesis and the sequestration of carbon and nitrogen, as well as triggering the release of phosphorus and other nutrients. The mobilisation of locked-up nutrients in the soil can lead to lower input costs, increased root growth, better nutrient conversion, improved protein levels and increased crop yields.

The programmed use of MacroBoost formulations is designed to rebuild diverse and sustainable microbial populations, and establish a healthy soil profile. They can be used as foliar sprays to stimulate growth and disease resistance and also as soil conditioners to restore soil biology and fertility.

BioCal+ Probiotic Calcium Booster

BioCal+ is a calcium-enriched formulation specially designed to improve the availability of calcium in the soil and help mobilise it into plants.

The importance of calcium in the health of growing plants is well known. Calcium is primarily taken up through the root tips in the soil, however, in times of peak calcium demand, a plant may not be able to access its needs by root uptake alone. Foliar application of calcium ensures adequate nutrients for membranes, cell wall development and plant structure. When used as a foliar spray, the benefits of the combination of microbe cultures, calcium and phosphorus in BioCal+ can give growing plants increased tolerance to many diseases and stress conditions. In the home garden, for example, it can address blossom rot in tomatoes and zucchini.

KickStart Probiotic Plant Food

Formulated to KickStart the building of healthy biological activity in your soil, the microbe cultures are delivered in an active state, enabling them to get straight to work on unlocking nutrients in the soil, making them more readily available to growing plants.

This powerful combination of microbes, “predigested” nutrients, bio-stimulants and trace minerals will improve activity in the important root zone, helping to get crops up and growing. Our active fermentation manufacturing process produces amino acids and enzymes in the formulation, which assist in root growth and nutrient uptake. KickStart can be used both as a foliar-feeding booster to maintain maximum healthy plant growth, and as a pre-planting soil booster. Also ideally suited to watering in new seedlings.

Fermentation creates a breakdown of nutrients in our formulations, and the production of amino acids and enzymes, which assist in nutrient availability and plant health. Lift+ has been formulated to be particularly useful for small fruits and berries as part of a foliar spray program.
